Red bean yumyum

Mom made me some red bean goh. She made them because I complained about the pastry shop always selling out of their red bean pastry whenever I get there - which is to say never early enough. Not sure of the ingredients - I should know it! - but it was delicious. There's a lot of red bean in the center which could be seen if these were flipped over. Not too sweet because that's the way I swing. Because I've got this thing against white sugar, I only ate a corner while the fam gobbled up the rest. Through trial and error, mom's perfected the recipe. I ought to learn how to make this.
